This is one month supply of herbal medicines,
1. One bottle of Tong Jing Wan pills, (Pink one) for Day 1- 3 of cycle. You take 33 pills each time, 2 times a day for 3 days (Day 1, 2, and 3 of menstrual bleeding).
2. One bottle of Tong Jin Wan pills- same spelling in Chinese Pinyin, but very different formula. You take 20 pills at a time, 2 times a day, day 6 - 10 of cycle. (You don't take any of these herbs day 4 and 5.)
3. Two bottles of Xiao Yao Wan pills. You take 2 pills at a time, 2 times a day, day 11-20.
4. Two bottles of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan pills. You take 20 pills at a time, 2 times a day, day 21 plus, until next cycle starts. In other words, if you menstrual bleeding starts, you go back to step one to repeat, take the pink color Tong Jin Wan pills.
